Caramel Apples....

These were SO easy to make!! I used the recipe from the back of the Kraft Caramels bag. They even include the sticks for the apples inside! I also just used some melting wafers to decorate the apples. They were YUMMY!!!

Heres the recipe:

5 medium apples
1 pkg (14 oz) KRAFT caramels
2 Tbsp water
5 wooden craft sticks

INSERT wooden pop sticks into stem end of each apple. Cover large plate with wax paper; grease with butter. Set aside.

PLACE caramels and water in large saucepan; cook on medium-low heat until caramels are completely melted, stirring constantly.

DIP apples into melted caramel until evenly coated, spooning caramel over apples in necessary. Allow excess caramel to drip off. Scrape bottoms of apples, then place on prepared plate. Refrigerate at least 1 hour (I didn't refrigerate, we just ate when cooled)or until ready to serve. Remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temp 15 min before serving.

Easy as that!!
